On a personal note, I enjoy nature, going for walks, reading books, caring for my plants, eating spicy food, attending live shows, and playing my guitar.
As a Coloradan, one of my favorite places to relax is near a crackling campfire, especially if I am able to watch the stars.
I enjoy laughing at live comedy, exploring new places, and spending time with friends and family. These things are my therapy!

I believe the best therapist is the one who connects with you!
